How do alerts work?
Our system continuously monitors online stores. Free users receive alerts with a short delay (1–5 minutes), while Pro users get instant alerts for maximum speed and advantage.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts are sent via:
- 🔔 Browser Notifications – Instant when your browser tab is active
- 📧 Email Alerts – Sent directly to your account email
What retailers are you monitoring?
We currently monitor popular retailers including:
- Target
- Walmart
- BestBuy
What subscription plans are available?
We currently offer:
- Free Plan: 3 favorites, 5 daily local checks, delayed alerts
- Pro Plan ($4.99/month): Unlimited favorites, instant alerts, in-stock prediction, and analytics
When does billing occur?
Billing occurs monthly on the same calendar day you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime via the dashboard. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can downgrade to the Free plan from your Subscription page or contact our support team at support@pokewatcher.com.
What should I do if I encounter a billing issue?

What are Advanced Analytics (Beta)?
Our Pro users get access to historical trends, pricing graphs, and restock behavior insights to better time purchases.
What is In Stock Prediction?
This beta feature uses machine learning to forecast when a product is likely to restock, helping you plan more effectively.
Will more retailers and products be added?
Yes! We're continuously expanding support for more stores and product lines. Let us know who you want to see tracked.
Is there a mobile app?
Our iOS app is under development and will support native push alerts, favorite syncing, and dashboard management. Expected launch: Summer 2025
